Collection and Processing of Personal Information (GDPR)

At Wetality, we care about your privacy and enable you to directly control which personal information you would like to share with other users. This is why we have created this User Personal Details Page.

Please note, that upon registration as our Customer or Independent Representative, each of these specific roles has some obligatory information that must be shared:

* Wetality Customer will be asked to allow us to share her/his name and contact email with their Direct Sponsor - person who referred them to the Wetality shop. The Wetality Customer must also agree that her/his Username is displayed on the Genealogy page.

* Wetality Independent Representative will be asked to allow us to share her/his name and contact with their downline Organisation, for support and guidance purposes.

The User Personal Details Card can be also accessed through this page - this is a short section that will be displayed to other users according to your privacy preferences. It can contain your full name or only the username you chose, contact phone, email, etc. Please note, that this User Personal Details Card can be accessed by other Independent Representatives through the genealogy page.

All Wetality Users are obligated to use such information about other Users only to the extent necessary in order to offer support and guidance prescribed by their Wetality Role.

Example: Customer contact information can be used by the Independent Representative in their organization for purposes of presenting new offers and products or offering advice about existing.

On this page, you can also manage the information displayed in the Wetality Message Center, which has been created to facilitate the contact between our Independent Representatives and their Customers. You can choose to display your contact phone, email, or only your username. Please note that the Username is displayed by default.

The personal information you have provided upon contacting The Company will be used and shared to the extent necessary to process your request and resolve the issue. This may include sharing that information with our external partners in the 3rd countries, who have a contractual obligation to process all the data according to the EU regulations.
